Decisions to plan a career and choose a path for success are comparable to building a structure. The plans, design, foundation, and infrastructure are determined in logical steps that finally materialize as one unit. Making one choice over another influences outcomes and the overall satisfaction with the structure. Setting ourselves up for success is an individual need and desire determined by the variables a person associates with success at a particular point in his or her life.
