FOUNTAIN VALLEY, Calif., Nov. 6 /PRNewswire/ -- Kingston Technology Company today announced that it is first to market with unbuffered 256MB 100MHz SDRAM DIMMs that utilize true 128Mbit monolithic technology. This new technology gives system users the option to keep their existing unbuffered memory when wanting to upgrade with a 256MB memory module.
