The Library of Congress has announced that it has added to and expanded some of its collections available online from its American Memory Web site at http://www.loc.gov. American Memory is a project of the National Digital Library Program, which, in collaboration with other major repositories, will make available online millions of materials relating to American history by the year 2000, according to the Library of Congress.
