Two Ranking Administrators Leave Rhode Island Hospital.

Oct. 20--SOUTH KINGSTOWN, R.I.--In a cryptic and tersely worded statement, South County Hospital yesterday confirmed reports that two of its top officers had left the hospital.

Both Philip E. Tracy, vice president and chief financial officer, and Lizbeth M. Edelman, vice president and chief operating officer, resigned yesterday after a decade of work as hospital administrators, officials said.

Several callers to the Providence Journal said the hospital had sought their resignations.
