HARRISBURG, Pa., Oct. 1 /PRNewswire/ -- Dauphin Deposit Corp. (NASDAQ: DAPN) headquartered in Harrisburg, today signed a definitive agreement to acquire the Farmers Bank and Trust Company of Hummelstown, headquartered in Hummelstown, Pa.
