MAASTRICHT, Netherlands - Vredestein Rubber Recycling B.V., the recycling subsidiary of Vredestein N.V., is buying a major stake in a Belgian crumb rubber producer.
The company declined to reveal how much of an interest it's buying in Jakobs Rubber Recycling N.V. of Lommel, Belgium, or how much it's paying for it.
