GARLAND, Texas -- All might be quiet on the Western wear front, but apparently no one has told the folks at Arena Brands. Under the leadership of John R. Tillotson, the Dallas-based company has spent the past two years rustling up new business, expanding its posse of Western wear labels and increasing market share.
