PARIS -- Cofinluxe, a French fragrance manufacturer, said Monday that it has acquired the license for Andy Warhol Perfumes.

The license agreement was signed by Cofinluxe, the Andy Warhol Foundation for the Visual Arts and Museum Masters International.

A women's scent and a men's scent -- Andy Warhol Pour Femme and Andy Warhol Pour Homme -- are slated to launch worldwide in May at prestige prices.
