PORTLAND, Ore., July 31 /PRNewswire/ -- An investor group led by restaurant industry veterans announced that it has reached an agreement to purchase 53.8% of the common stock of Elmer's Restaurants, Inc, (Nasdaq: ELMS) from Anita Goldberg, the company's President, CEO, and principal shareholder, and her brother Rudolph Mazurosky. The company, headquartered in Portland, Oregon, is the operator and franchiser of 29 full-service, family-oriented restaurants under the name "Elmer's Pancake & Steak House" and "Elmer's Colonial Pancake & Steak House" with locations in six western ...
