NEW YORK, June 30 /PRNewswire/ -- Alleghany Corporation today distributed to its stockholders all of the approximately 6.5 million outstanding shares of common stock of its subsidiary Cyclops Industries, Inc., formerly named MSL Industries, Inc.
Alleghany stockholders received one share of Cyclops Industries common stock, which is now listed on the New York Stock Exchange, for each share of Alleghany common stock. Thereafter, in a related transaction, Cyclops Industries acquired the steel and nonresidential ...
