KENNER PARKER TOYS ORGANIZES JOINT VENTURE IN JAPAN

BEVERLY, Mass., June 16 /PRNewswire/ -- Ronald J. Jackson, president and chief executive officer of Kenner Parker Toys, Inc. (NYSE: KPT), announced today, on the eve of the Japanese Toy Fair, that the company has agreed with Kazuhide Yonekawa of Tokyo to form a joint venture to be known as Kenner Parker (Japan) Ltd. The new company will market and distribute games and toys throughout Japan. According to James T.
