WHEN NATIONAL REVIEW was still only an abstraction,the young entrepreneur went to the law offices of William J. Casey for help. Casey incorporated the idea ("National Weekly, Inc.' it was called, until, with the first issue ready to go to press, it transpired that there was a publication called National Liquor Weekly, which pre-empted the proposed title) and drafted the proposed subscription plan for stock and debentures.
