SAN FRANCISCO -- Alexander Julian, Inc., of New York, and British exporter J. Raymond Wilson & Co., Ltd., of London, have filed two separate claims suing Wilkes Bashford, Inc., in U.S. district court in San Francisco for $157,170 in alleged debts.
