DURING THE first three years of Communist peace inIndochina, more people died than in 13 years of war. The Peace Movement helped mightily to achieve that result. Many of these millions of Indochinese were arbitrarily executed. Many others drowned in the South China Sea. To say the least, the promised peasant utopias did not emerge.
