PHILADELPHIA, March 3 /PRNewswire/ -- A film and discussion focusing on a controversial educational experiment in the early 1920's and 1930's, and a panel discussion on freedom of expression will be featured at the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts in April, as part of the Voices of Dissent political arts festival.

The Pennsylvania Academy, along with 20 other cultural organizations, will be taking an active role in Voices of Dissent, a month-long festival and three-day conference, sponsored by the Painted Bride Arts Center and coordinated by Big Small Theater. ...
