RICHMOND, Va., Feb. 10 /PRNewswire/ -- The Baltimore and Ohio Railroad Co. announced yesterday it will redeem all of its outstanding convertible 4-1/2 percent debentures, Series A, due Jan. 1, 2010.
The redemption date is March 27, 1987, and the debentures will be redeemed, in both registered and bearer form, for $1,015 per $1,000 principal amount of debentures, plus accrued interest of $10.75 to the redemption date. Interest will stop accruing on the debentures on and after the redemption date.
