LOS ANGELES Q In fiscal year 1995, Los Angeles Dist. awarded $228.63 million to outside contractors, including 105 total contracts, 1,400 modifications, 965 delivery orders, and a profusion of small purchases. That included a healthy load for both military construction and civil works.
