Rapid Growth in Consumption of Scandium Products

Scandium production in China has developed very fast in recent ten years. Up to 1993, more than 30 production lines for scandium and its chemical compounds were set up, and China has become a big producer of scandium products in the world.

China is one of the countries in world rich in scandium resources. Since the 70's in particular, scandium-containing minerals have been repeatedly discovered. These minerals have rich and recoverable scandium resources.
