Plymouth, Mich.-based Freudenberg-NOK has acquired Tri-Dayton, a Troy, Ohio -based maker of PTFE (polytetrafluoro-ethylene) seals, as well as PTFE com -ponents for power steering, automotive transmissions, air conditioning and suspension systems, for an undisclosed consideration.
