Up to now, the business of industrial estate construction and management has remained bleak. In the future, however, this condition is likely to improve. Its market potential is likely to grow rapidly. This is indicated by the fact that in 1994, due to the continued efforts at improving the climate for investment in Indonesia, the investor interest in this business increased twofold in the case of domestic investment and threefold in the case of foreign investment.
