Extended coverage of immunosuppressive drugs clarified by HCFA

The Health Care Financing Administration (HCFA) has finally clarified the extension of the coverage of immunosuppressive drugs provided for in the Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act (OBRA) of 1993 which mandates "phased in extensions from 12 months to 36 months."
