ENVIRONMENTAL ACTORS AND EUROPEAN INTEGRATION Norway's Fridtjof Nansen Institute has just published a report entitled ("Environmental Actors and European Integration: Attitudes Towards Further Integration"). The report is well documented and is mainly based on a series of interviews with Members of the European Parliament and officials of non-governmental organisations (NGOs), both national and international.
