Investor Interest in the Office Space Business Unaffected by Low Lease Rates

The fact that there are new and expansion projects in Jakarta's office space business is quite interesting amidst the tariff war which has caused office space lease rates to reach their lowest levels. The October 23, 1993 Economic Package, which was issued by the Government in a bid to improve the attractiveness of Indonesia's investment climate, has been encouraging the growth in office space demand. This has been anticipated by office space investors by establishing new office buildings, especially those of the prime -quality category.
