NEW YORK, Oct. 14 /PRNewswire/ -- Munawar H. Hidayatallah, chairman of the board of directors of Orange Julius International, Inc. (OTC: OJAY), announced today that the board of directors of the company approved a plan to restructure the company to dispose of all of its operations except its Orange Julius drink and fast food franchise business.
The company believes that the restructuring plan will strengthen the company's balance sheet and allow management to concentrate on improving its franchise business and developing a trademark licensing program.
