Incubator aims to 'hatch' jobs
Chuck McDonald wants to create new jobs in the city of Cleveland, and he wants to do it now.
To McDonald, a familiar small-business advocate and successful Willoughby business owner, that meant starting an incubator to "hatch" those new jobs.
