Jovan adds scent to musk family

Jovan, Inc., the company that moved musk out of dark headshops and into thousands of fluorescent-lit drug stores nationwide, has been expanding and diversifying its musk business in recent years, with an eye on gaining an even larger piece of the market pie.

The most recent newcomer to join the Jovan musk family is Gambler Musk for men, a two-unit fragrance line which should generate more than $5 million in sales after its first year, according to Don P. Deegan, senior vice president at Jovan, which is a division of Beecham ...
