DOMESTIC DEMAND FOR TIN TENDS TO DECREASE

There is some concern that the volume of domestic tin sales may continue to decline after reaching its peak level of 1,402 tons worth Rp 20,283 million in 1989. For June 1992, the domestic sales of tin reached only 878 tons worth Rp 10,176 million. The demand for tin has been declining with the slowdown in the domestic trade of tin.
