The Central American governments will sign a free trade treaty with Venezuela November 30, Mario Tepedino, Venezuela's Ambassador to Honduras, predicted in Tegucigalpa on October 29. here today. He told reporters Venezuela was trying to organize a meeting of Central American presidents with those of the "Group of Three" -- Mexico, Colombia and Venezuela -- for November 29-30.
