Anabasis seeks dismissal of Ch. 7 plea, files counterclaim

NEW YORK (FNS) -- Anabasis, Ltd., a nonoperating converter, has asked the bankruptcy court to dismiss an involuntary Chapter 7 liquidation petition and counterclaimed $350,000 in damages against the petitioning creditor.
