The Sinar Mas Group has decided to postpone constructing two paper mills in China due to difficulties in raising funds for the projects. It is estimated that the projects need an investment of US$ 34 million, of which around US$ 4 million will be used to acquire 55% of the stock of a paper mill in China and US$ 30 million for the cost of mill construction.
