Dylex to Open Another Club International in Chicago Area TORONTO (FNS) -- Dylex Ltd., Canada's largest specialty fashion retail operation, will open another Club International men's fashion store in the Golf Mills Shopping Center, in the Chicago area, around Sept. 15. But that will be the last one until some operational difficulties are resolved at the company's five other Chicago-area stores, Dylex president Wilfred Posluns said at the company's annual meeting.
