NEW YORK, May 22 /PRNewswire/ -- The industrialized and food exporting nations should align their national agricultural policies to fit long-range global needs in order to end the extreme supply and demand balances and excessive government controls on agriculture, Michel Fribourg, chairman of Continental Grain Co., urged in a keynote address to the Second Grain Market Conference held in Brussels, Belgium, May 21-23.
