COLUMBUS, Ohio, April 24 /PRN-OhioNewswire/ -- Two of the Midwest's most prominent law firms today announced an agreement to merge.

Porter, Wright, Morris & Arthur and Alexander, Ebinger, Fisher & Lawrence will combine offices, propelling the firm into the ranks of the 50 largest law firms in the country with 229 attorneys. The firm will maintain the name of Porter, Wright, Morris & Arthur.
