Haigh, chairman, president and chief executive officer of Toledo Trustcorp Inc., today announced the acquisition of 18 offices of First Buckeye Bank, National Association, by the Toledo Trust Co.; the consolidation of two of the corporation's banking affiliates; and a proposed name change for the parent holding company.
