Mandate of United Nations force in Golan Heights extended until 31 May 1986

The mandate of the United Nations Disengagement Observer Force (UNDOF) was extended by the Security Council on 21 November for the twenty-third time since it was created in 1974. The Force was authorized to remain in place for another period of six months--until 31 May 1986. The Council acted in unanimously adopting resolution 576 (1985).
