WASHINGTON (FNS) -- Retailers may be caught up this year in a potential wave of U.S. Supreme Court decisions changing the interpretation of religious constitutional rights, especially that to be handed down in a case involving the right of employees not to work on their Sabbath day.
The Reagan administration and religious groups are warning of a "devastating impact" if the Sabbath right is not upheld, while employer see the Sabbath law as unfair to nonreligious workers....
