Rayon revival.

Rayon is becoming a much more important fashion fiber both here and in Europe. And wood pulp never looked better than the many current manifestations of the fiber.

This natural material, it turns out, does many things. It creates new, soft- surfaced twills, it provides colorful nubs, it contributes to textured looks and it is used in shiny versions to contrast with a matte fabric base.

As these fabrics show, rayon also blends well with both natural and man-made fibers.
