What the SORC is to skippers like Ted Turner, Dennis Conner, and Tom Blackaller, RTIA is to club sailors of the Southeast--not 10 or 20, or even 50 or 60, but 117 boats this year, and, one year soon, maybe even 200. "Club sailors" is what everybody becomes, just to be able to sail RTIA.
