IT IS EXPECTED THAT, in the next few days, the President will rule on the readmission of Poland into the world of the International Monetary Fund. Already it is forecast that Poland will re-enter the world of America's Most Favored Nations. MFN treatment by the United States means that no import taxes will be levied at a rate higher than is levied against the lowest-taxed country: The most favored nation.
