MINNEAPOLIS, Aug. 6 /PRNewswire/ -- Minnesota Rubber Company (MRC), Minneapolis, today announced expansion of its precision rubber parts molding operations to Europe through acquisition of Luchaire Caoutchoucs Industriels, a precision rubber molding operation in Evreaux, France. MRC Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Robert W. Carlson, Jr., made the announcement.
