NEW YORK -- Charles of the Ritz Group, Ltd., hopes to turn the blockbuster television series "Dynasty" into an equally hot women's fragrance. In mid-October it will begin shipping Forever Krystle, based on the Krystle Carrington character played by Linda Evans in the ABC series, and produced through a licensing arrangement with Twentieth Century-Fox Licensing & Merchandising Corp.
