THEY NEVER give up. Whittaker Chambers blew the whistle on them a generation ago, in the court cases, in his magisterial Witness: naming names, describing the Soviet spy net in this land, going to court, seeing Alger Hiss finally trapped in lies and sent to jail for perjury.
