Materials
* empty aluminum pie plates - one for each colour
* newspaper to protect your work surface
* art paper
* liquid paint or mixed-up tempra (powder) paint
* balloons (NOT blown-up) - one for each colour
Step 1
Lay down newspapers over your working area to protect against splashes and spills. Put one colour of paint into each pie plate.
