Two hit men for a Mexican drug cartel admitted to playing a role in the 1993 slaying of Cardinal Juan Jesus Posadas Ocampo in Mexico.
Adolfo Marin Cuevas, 32, and Carlos Garcia Martinez, 28, made the admission as part of a guilty plea in U.S. District Court Oct. 15 to conspiring to distribute cocaine and marijuana.
