Head lice are very common and very contagious. You can get lice by coming in contact with someone who has them or by using any of his personal items (combs, brushes, hair ornaments, or headphones), hats, costumes, pillows, bedding, or furniture.
Before treating head lice it is very important to know that the problem is indeed head lice and not dandruff.
