Algonquin Power & Utilities Corp. (TSX:AQN) is pleased to announce that it has entered into definitive agreements with Integrys Energy Services Inc. and its subsidiaries to purchase certain electrical generating facility assets, most notably 36.8MW of hydroelectric generating capacity located in New Brunswick and Maine.
