As the Citizens Bond Task Force draws closer to recommending a $7 million package of street and drainage projects to City Council, members first want to run their ideas past residents.
The task force will present its tentative plan during a public forum that starts at 6:30 p.m. Thursday at the Lake Jackson Civic Center, 333 Highway 332 E. Residents are encouraged to come out and share their opinion about the possible bond issue, which if approved by council likely would appear on the May municipal election ballot.
