ATEC Group in Colonie has been acquired by GSS America Infotech Ltd., a global consulting and software development company with offices in the U.S., India, Singapore and Dubai.
Terms of the deal, which was finalized Oct. 1, were not available.
ATEC will continue to operate from its location at 1762 Central Ave. The data storage and IT management company employs 34 people. It had 2008 revenue of $12 million.
