National Bank of Kenya Ltd., NIC Bank Ltd. and Barclays Bank of Kenya Ltd. rose as investors said the stocks declines this year were overdone after National Bank posted better-than-expected profit last week.

National Bank of Kenya, a state-owned lender, rallied 1.5 percent to 33.25 shillings in Nairobi trading, paring this year s slump to 23 percent.
