KUWAIT, Nov 11 (KUNA) -- "I Can Depend on Myself" project has brought many

benefits to those Kuwaiti women who get financial aid from the Ministry of

Social Affairs and Labor, the project's manager said here Wednesday. Instead of depending on state help, Kuwaiti have-not women have acquired

various work skills that can help them fulfill their needs and rely upon
